I'm writing to you today to try to help my friend out that has bi polar disorder. And she also has over 30,000 in debt and lives on ssd and trys to pay the bills every month but at the moment it just got to be too much. Is there any kind of way that she can go bankrupt with out paying so much for a lawyer. Any help will be Greatly Appericated:angel
