Bank submitted a Limine Motion to suppress $95K appraisal value vs $250K loan

My property under Foreclosure. I supplied completed Discovery. Three years later I had a survey of land around the foreclosed land and showed Foreclosed land is really 100' north of what we all thought, both are same owner. Now on another lot with different street number. Not a house mortgaged , but a tiny building. Deed shows survey and footprint of lot is correct with small building. Bank submitted a Motion in Limine 10 days ago. I did not hide info, I did not know. Bank has mortgage for $250K for house. Appraisal for corrected lot is $95K. Should this be challenged?
 
You can challenge it. If you owe and don't pay, you'll eventually be foreclosed against.
