bank stole my money

hi i have problem on july7 2007 i won a settlement for 75000.00 there was a hold place on it finally on aug. 09 2007 my money was released and i when in the boa and talk to the bank mgr grace and she ask asst to help me named ben well ben was suppose to open a money market account with 40000.00 and checking account with 35000.00 i got my saving account book and checks and atm now here my problem today is the 17 of aug and i still have no money and no one in the bank can tell me what happen to my money and when i contact other menbers of boa they say they see no deposit for 75000.00 what do i do help

How were you awarded the money, check? Who deposited the money into the bank? If not you, then they should have a deposit slip. If it was a check you took in you should have a deposit slip. If they didn't give you a check then talk to your lawyer to find out how this was all handled.
