Oct 28, 2008 #1 R rwherity New Member bank to sign off on $10000 truck loan.they do not want the vehicle back.what rights do we have in regards to selling vehicle title etc.we made $10000 in payments up until 5/08 when engine blew and replacement cost was more then thebalance owed.
