i bought a car and signed a contract and financed the vehicle and extended warranty. I had a problem with the vehicle so i called the warranty company and they said i had no extended warranty with them, that it never got turned in to them. Is this a breach of contract? What is my recourse? i wouldn't have bought the vehicle without a warranty.

You could file a complaint with your local prosecutor or county attorney.

Take your documents to his or her office and discuss the matter.

After that conversation I'm sure you'll have other options.
