If someone is on probation for passing checks against a non existant account is passing 300 more checks a violation of probation?

Facts:

A. A person was placed on probation for passing bad checks.
B. The person wrote over 300 bad checks using various social security numbers. The amoung exceeds 21,000 dollars.
C. The Judge was contacted and he does not want to hear about it.

Is there any Federal remedy to recoup the lose in the bad checks?

Are you saying that this person was on probation and wrote bad checks exceeding $21,000 while still on probation? Have you contacted the police or the DA's office? What do you mean the judge doesn't want to hear about it and why would you contact the judge?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Federal remedy" to recoup the money. The state courts are your remedy and this is likely a civil matter for you in state court. You may want to have this man criminally prosecuted and use the conviction as a basis for your claim in civil court. What other "remedy" are you looking for exactly that you are thinking about?
