me and my wife is being charged with bad check and false a reports. The office never read us are rights when he questioned us and got my wife to confess. What can we do because I believe all they have is just the confession
bad check could be charge as petty theft or forge. but it is normal isnt a crime if you dont have nsf unless you purposly do it. was the check belong you ?
