    If I go back to my homeland; Can you tell me what kind of visa I have to get after the petition is passed or approved? B-2 ? or ...

    What if I don't want to go back to my homeland and just wait here until four years later after my mom files the adjustment for me?

    Sorry to interrupt here, but why do you keep making new threads for each question based on the same situation you are in?

    NYClex probably gets loads of queries aimed at him on a daily basis (in his professional time as well as during his visits here) and by doing this with the threads, he may have to start reading through each and every thread you've made to find out a part of your situation that helps with his response(s) to you. That would not be helpful to him and very time-consuming...

    Stick with one of your current threads PLEASE!
