is it considered breaching the contract if you have purchased a vehicle for a set price and all of the docs are signed and dated and the dealership tells you to either return the vehicle or re-sign all of the docs for an additional amount of money per month or is that legal?

I'm missing something here. I'm guessing that the dealership is telling you that you are in breach and are giving you two options to deal with it. The second allows you to keep the vehicle. Are you in default of your payments?
