Auto Accident - Insurance pay missed days of work?

I recently got into a car accident where it was the other lady's fault. I claimed the repairs and everything through her insurance, they investigated, and said that they will be paying for all damages. My car is currently getting fixed, and they are also paying for my rental car. I did, however, miss two days of work because of this accident that this other lady caused. I have been informed by friends that they are liable to pay for the two missing days of work - is this true? Do I just call the insurance and tell them that I want to be reimbursed for the two days I missed work due to the accident? Please reply - Thanks!
