Hi everyone,
As my name implies I am currently a student working on my associates degree in paralegal law. I am scheduled to graduate in March. So my question to any attorneys out there is, would you consider hiring someone straight out of school with a degree like mine to work for your firm? and if so what would you be looking for/or how would you ultimately make your decision of whether or not to hire me? What can I expect on my first interview for a firm specifically in the md/dc or va area?
