For those of you using any AT&T based network, we were easily able to fix the problems relatively quickly. AOL has and is a continuing problem. We have finally broken through one barrier and working with the next. They are extremely difficult to work with and blocked our notification emails for no other reason than not having enough information about your IP address (the new one) to determine we aren't sending spam. Not a great system and the reporting is even more difficult. But we hope to have all AOL based email addresses working by tomorrow. We are not the only one who encounters these issues.
