Arbitration against Financial advisor company

I am in the process of filing arbitration against a financial advisor for non disclosure of back end B share fees.
I have filed my arb, they have filed the answer. I want to file a reply to the answer that has "words" but not supports.
Also I want to ask for documents.
This is a very small case, however its principal. It is simple arbitration. Total value is about 5000.00.
Looking for some assistance in how to write a reply and or ask for documents, such as secure site web mail between us and the company.
They have erased all email from the site. This will be very telling.
