H Visa Apply for E2 or H1 Visa

My friend and I want to open a express company.
Like American Asia Express Corp this one. (mostly dealing with asia country)
One of us will go to US to handle part of business.

I'm not sure should I apply for E2 visa or what.

Can someone help me to figure it out?

Dan - I'd get an E-2 attorney to help you with this. There is a significant financial investment involved as per my prior discussions with several attorneys that specifically handle E-2 visas and the nature of the requirements, e.g. above $200,000 and can require over $500,000.
