i had a case where i lost because the judge entered into evedence some important paperwork. when it came to him making his decision he turned the other cheek and didnt even consider the evidence at all. If he would of considered the evidence the law would have worked for me and i would have won. Can i submit this evidence with my appeal to show the error the previous judge made on my case. or do they just go with the order that the judge wrote
 
If you are still within the required time (sometimes 30 days) you can file an appeal. However, you will likely need to show that the judge made a mistake as a matter of law and that the mistake made a difference in the outcome of your case.
