If a company has exclusive distributorship for a product manufactured overseas, but sellers are getting these products ( at a lower price, so creates unfair competition ) directly from overseas and it's very obvious that they are, are there things that the exclusive distributor can do to get them to stop? Any law that protects the exclusive distributor?

Why?

Because what you claim to be an "exclusive" dealership would be seen as a monopoly by most governments.
