any ideas?

I signed on a loan for my brother about 2 years ago. (bad move, I know) He has been late on a lot of paymants and now the loan is in collections. It has caused my credit to go from the 800's to 512 and I can not get any loans or re-finance my home for a lower rate. Any ideas?

Go after your brother - you already know about the mistake and how serious it is to cosign for someone else. Do your best to handle the situation with your own resources.
