Any chance to find hera a free-lance writer specialized in music-law?

Hi,
I'm looking for a freelance writer specialized in Music law. I would like the 22 pages of content of my website music-law dot com to be updated and improved. I purchased this website a few years ago and I'm not familiar with the sector, so I've not changed anything.
My budget is $250, payment by paypal, epassporte or neteller. The changes need to be done directly in my html files, using Dreamweaver.
If you are interested, please send me your references. If you know a place where I could find the right person, thanks for your help.

I'm not sure that this is the appropriate place to post and, to be perfectly honest with you, $250 isn't a lot of money. At best you'd probably get a struggling freelancer who is unfamiliar with the law to do the work for $10 per page. After all, and no offense, but what could you expect to get from someone at those rates? Anyways, best of luck to you and your legal site.
