Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft any answer for me

I live in pa and was caught taking something at my job it totaled 200 dollars they asked if I would pay it back by two weeks and I said absolutely. I've never been in trouble just had some rough time and she said I may see a legal paper in the mail any ideas as to what that is

Generally Civil Demand is for shoplifting so I am unsure what the letter is. If I had to guess (its only a guess) its Civil Demand

The legal paper will most likely be Civil Restitution to make the company whole from their losses.

If you stole merchandise, you can be assessed a Civil Demand also which is on top of the payback of restitution you rightfully owe the company.
