I saw on the ticket before I mailed it in with the check that on the bottom it had a disclaimer. I believe the second or third one down said
"A fine of up to 25 dollars OR up to 5 days imprisonment"
What is this all about? how can a 25 dollar open alcohol container ticket be upgraded to jail time?
Im very nervous because I laid into the cop when he gave me it questioning him on why I was given a ticket when there are 23 million illegal immigrants running around and drug addicts all around me climbing up the walls. Also I asked for his badge number which he then refuses to give me and said to me "Wanna go to jail, say one more word" so on and so forth. If this public servant feels a need for vengance how can I deal with it?
