Anonymous, false complaint to HOA board

Called to HOA mtg as an anonymous resident reported our dog "persistent barking". False!
Legal under HOA rules for anonymous party to complain?
How to prove dog does not bark "persistantly"?

Are there any neighbors (residents) who can verify your dog does not do "persistent barking"?

I have not found anything about anonymous complaints ... what I have read in documents are complaints by Board.
I have several neighbors who will verify, and have offered to attend mtg, stating dog does not do "persistent barking".

If there is a procedure for "fighting" a complaint, follow it. Your neighbors willing to verify/testify that your dog does not do "persistent barking" should help. Good luck.
