Request for service was made had contactor at my home in 3 days for possible ductwork. Contractor stated my existing ducting was old and no longer in use, (aged materials). Also there is a possibility a pest entered the attic and chewed through some ducting.
In AHS guidelines for covered claims is pest control issues a reason to deny.
How do I fight this denial of benefits?
 
What does your "contract" (warranty) say?
 
Hello denied: As Betty suggested, read your contract/warranty. If you have any appeal rights, they're listed among all those words.

I was contacted by these "people". My standard response to unsolicited sellers, NO THANKS.

But, when I speak with some of these people my SPIDEY senses tingle.

When I talked to this creep, they SHORTED out! LOL

Be advised, GOOGLE the contract provider. MOST of those "contracts" are merely CONS. The ones that aren't, well, your search will describe what they are, too. It ain't what you expected.
