Petition I-130 was filled out incorrectly, and submitted. Receipt of petition was received. How can this petition be amended? I-130 indicated family member was our of the US, but is actually in the US with a current visitors visa and permit. The fees paid are not of concern, the only concern is amending the petition to reflect all the correct information.
