Amazed about lack of responses: better forums for CA land-tenant?

Are there other or better forums than this for CA landlord -tenant problems?

This looked to be a pretty good forum but the best resplies/views comes from a subject "Bad neighbors". I guess that's what the subjects and threads should be in here.

www.lawyers.com is a great place for more help. Go to the message boards, there is a busy landlord/tenant section and attorneys to post on that website.

I found that the freeadvice forums have a LOT of garbage in them and it is pretty free of junk here. I also find if you search you will find great threads here. It also looks like responses are picking up here since a lot of the posts are recent. I have a few questions I'll try here and we will see what happens. Why doesn't someone talk to the administrator. The site looks very nice.
