Apr 10, 2006 #1 T teddyfive New Member my son is 20 years old, owns a car and motorcycle and has his own insurance, but lives at home till he is 21.... am i liable if he gets in an accident and injures,or kills someone? or if he damages any property? in other words...can i lose my house?
