A friend of mine was in a single car accident recently, he hit a guardrail and called me to pick him up quickly because he'd been drinking and didn't want to get a DUI.........can I be in trouble if someone finds out that I assisted him in fleeing the scene? If so, what are the chances of me getting charged and what is the penalty
