I Was Issued A Judgement From A Creditor? I Asked The Creditor To Validate The Debt And Was Never Answered. The Judgement Went Through. Now I Was Served With Papers To Show Up In Court With All My Financial Papers To Give Up Whatever To Pay The Judgement. How Can I Give Up My Rights And Do This, When They Didn't Answer My Vaidation Letter?

Your question was answered in the other forum. This is why double posting is painful. All the company has to do is validate your debt in court. Why you didn't show up I can't explain and there you had a time to say that the debt wasn't valid. The court thought it was fine and I'm guessing you have an idea of what the debt was for. There is no technicality here that will get you off the hook unfortunately.
