Alimony, child support

1. what percentage of alimony does a woman get out of a mans income during a divorce.
2. what percentage of child support can a woman get for a 8 month old from the fathers income?
3. If different percentage what would they be together?

1. That would depend on what the judge orders; it is not a given that a woman will get alimony at all if she is gainfully employed and can provide for herself. If she makes more money than he does, a judge can order that she pay him alimony;

2. Depends on what state you are living in, who gets awarded custody of the child in the divorce, how it is set up if joint custody is granted, etc.. Again, if the father gets full custody of the child, the woman can be the one who ends up paying the child support.
