Ajudification withheld..... so why won't they let me help at school??

I don't know what to do. I tried to get approved to volunteer at my children's school and have been denied 3 times. I called and asked why I was denied and they tell me its because of a felony burg. of a dwelling that says "ajudification withheld".... I did my probation with no issues so why am I still having a problem? The FDLE did a background check for my CWP and don't you know 2 months later I got my permit in the mail... so I'm good enough to carry a gun (concealed) but I'm not good enough to volunteer for a school function for my kids??? I don't get it, please shed some light on this for me...
