Adult Business/adult film production/escorts

I currently own and operate an adult website. Thus far it is a bunch of affiliate pay per signup links. I am interested in turning this into something more, as I have some friends that are interested in working for me. My website will be turned into an adult entertainment company providing various services. From phonesex, sex chat to escort services. Some are interested in being an escort and others are interested in having still images, and or filming adult films for a paid membership site of their own, that I would design and operate for some of the profits.

My question(s) is this:

Does Missouri have any laws that would not allow adult film production? Pay for them and me is just a split in profits.

I also have some friends that are interested in becoming an escort, again this would be a split in profits.

I have tried contacting lawyers in my region and I get the same answer from everyone they don't know anything about it.

I really want to proceed with my company, but I don't want to break any laws in doing so.

Escorts are essentially prostitutes who cover it up. As long as they don't have sex or get caught having sex it is not illegal.

Technically LA is the only place in the US that it is legal to film porn. I'm not fully informed on the law in that area. You need to get ahold of an attorney who handles adult businesses exclusively. Alan Begner is just such an attorney here in GA. You might be able to contact his office and ask if he knows anyone in your state who knows the laws.

Another thing you can do is to look up any adult strip clubs and find their registered agent, those attorney's will either know the law on the subject or know who to ask.

I have looked up my state statutes, just need someone to look it over as i am not very good at reading the language.
