My Question's answer lie's in wait in one of your minds I know it.
I was in a brief relationship at the age of 21 with a 16 year old which ended me up receiving 5 years probation with a WITHHOLD of ADJUDICATION ON A LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS.. I currently have 1 year left with no slips and am a great member of society.

???WHEN I GET OFF PROBATION SINCE I'M NOT A FELON, DUE TO THE WITHHOLD, WILL I STILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER? AND IF I AM REQUIRED TO WHY ? AND WHAT ABOUT EXPUNGEMENT.???
I have heard two different opinions on this subject however I need to know the law and my constitutional right to this.
PLEASE HELP. MAYBE PM ME . IM NEW TO THIS

Yes, generally one in your position is required to register as a sex offender.

You should make an inquiry in writing of the defense attorney that helped you, as well as the prosecutor on your case.

You should also speak with your probation officer about your duties when your probation ends.

Sometimes you are left to discover this the hard way, because no one tells you about registration.

You discover it when you are charged with failing to register as a convicted sex offender.
