Can a charge that was adjudication withheld on dwls from ten years ago be held against me now That I have gotten a new dwls I was a teenager when I got my others now they are trying to give me a felony using old ones that was adjudication withheld at first appearance judge said 1st degree misdemeanor and ror me now being told charge is a felony
