adding interest to judgement that has not been paid

I won a judgement in a small claims case back in May and the defendant has not paid the judgement and most likely won't be able to for several years. I was wondering what the interest rate is that I can add to the judgement. Also would I have to submit new documentation to the courts with the interest added? The state is Wisconsin.
