I was never arrested at the store or talked to about it at the store I was speeding one day and got pulled over and found out i had a warrant after reading the police report it said they had me on tape taking it but not leaving the store with it the District attorney still hasn't shown the video for discovery and its been 7 months what does this mean? is it bluffing? what should I do? If convicted it would be my first offense am i looking at jail time? its a Felony burglary of a building? department store

I was arrested on the warrant back in Feb. the store claims that i stole merchandise while working there in DEC. but they didn't file till Feb so far no evidence has been shown to me
he said its their job to prove that I am guilty he said they could possibly be bluffing and that we will set up for pre trial the DA keeps setting up PNC (plea negotiation conferences) and we keep submitting a reset until we see some evidence.

I quit before the charges were filed when i was offered a better job I quit without two weeks notice then a month or so later I was arrested on the warrent I never talked to the lp or sign anything or admitted to anything no I didn't commit the crime the store never accused me up front I would have never known I was filed upon if the warrant wouldn't have been issued
