hi my name is mike and here is my question. my ex girlfriend and purchased a mobile home about 12 years ago. she left me and took bankruptcy sticking me with the property. due to illness i have trouble making the payments and my mortgage company is always on my back. when i contact them they ask what are my intentions with this property. if i ask why they want know they have told me this, because she took bankruptcy the property is at risk and they basicly accelerated the loan and are being nice letting me to continue making the payments on a monthly basis. one agent told that if i missed one payment they could take my house from me, then he said "on the other side of the coin i could just leave it and there was nothing they could not come after me". has anyone heard of anything like this. the property is in indiana
    thanks in advance
