ACA dental attestation

The document says I have to attest to coverage. My agent says "the intent" is that coverage is offered.
I have one person who has family medical, but does not have family dental. I don't want to attest incorrectly.

Sorry I didn't see this before. From what I know, this "attestation" is nothing more than a fancy word for representation that you qualify for something or that you have something, e.g. coverage in an area. Typically what is required is on the form itself. They may even ask you for the policy - which is more than intent but actually having current enrollment. I saw an attestation for a pediatric dental plan and remember seeing this. If it requires that someone be enrolled in a dental plan, intent to enroll would not seem to be sufficient. I would double check.

Thank you. My broker was telling me we just had to offer the coverage. I read it as people had to actually have the coverage. As it turns out we only had one person not enrolled, convinced him to enroll. Problem solved.
