What to do?

Without witnesses, there is very little you can do.

I suspect the lawyer will tell a different version of these alleged events.

You could have called "911", had he committed a battery against your person.

However, there was no battery.

You and he simply had an argument, or a disagreement.

Sorry, again, nothing to do; but move on!!!!!
