About to close..need help

I've retired & about to close on a house. My 45 yr old daughter will live with me & help with bills etc. I'm paying cash. I'm putting her name on the deed but trying to cover my bases.
I have another dau who will coinherit the house in time. Is there a best way for me to do this? Please help ASAP..Thanks

If you want them both to inherit the house why not put all three of you on the deed with right of survivorship. So you would all be Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship. When you die the house would automatically pass to the two daughters equally.
