About finding a job H Visa

    If I saw this

    does that mean they would hire or sponsor for H1 visa?

    It means they don't sponsor so you should not apply to work there if you don't have work permission already or are a citizen or permanent resident.

    some employers said they would provide the paperwork for applying the permission but not going to sponsor... is that still good?

    The statement that you quote means that if you are not ALREADY legally authorized to work in the US, don't bother applying. They will not sponsor for an H1 visa; by law you cannot use a visa sponsored by someone else to work for them so they're not going to hire you if your H1 is sponsored by someone else; you would be wasting your time.

    Of course, if you want to waste it, that's up to you.
