I have just been reading a little about this. I was wondering if we could file barratry charges against the father of my daughters baby AND her lawer.
She filed false charges against us for making a scene in the hospital but we had several security officers that can state we stood by their desk the whole time, and did NOT cause a scene. Father said we had to be escorted to a quiet room, and that we tried to have them arrested.
Now filing charges against us that we made a bargain in court stating fraudulant terms, this can be prooven by the GAL since she was there.
Also they are filing for custody for the third time since the beginning of the year.once bargain was made in court and everone thought it was over.
Now filing interogatorries about where,who she is living with, where is baby staying, crime statistics, etc, since she filed the 30 days written notice(even tho father never did). They are trying to say she is already living there and withsomeone, and insinuating she does not have baby. ALL lies, that he was worried about before he thought she was seeing someone, whicg she isnt but aint none of his business.
Only one campground in the area and we stayed there during court hearings and had to drive by his grandparent to go get gas etc. He yelled "stalkin". and much more. Are these considered barratry charges?
And is that just against the lawyer or the father too?
