I live in south Florida.
I will list whats going on so bear with me,so you can have an understand of whats going on then ask my question.
landlord is a drug addict and alcoholic...didn't know till after i moved in.
I get calls and texts at all hours of the day and night,some ass late as midnight,every now and then I get an email.
very abusive...I have been sworn numerous times
when this person comes over ,again ,no warning ,this person proceeds to knock on the door so hard it seems like hes going to kick the door in,also known for kicking people doors.
numerous issues with that apartment that he wont fix....some things i fix and give a receipt for,others i cant fix as they require someone who is a specialist..i.e.wiring
has ask me and others for drugs and painkillers and has stated what kind of painkillers and meds he wants....example he has asked me and i have been witnessed to him asking my next door neighbor for these items.
the landlord will come over demanding rent or other stuff while seeming to be under the influence of something ,then come over the next day and have no idea what he did the day before.
the bank has been coming every week for a few months,i think about 4 months,the bank people are taking pictures and saying the landlord is in foreclosure...who do i pay?the bank said put the money in the court house and that he cant evict anyone .I'm confuse and stressed out.and yes I'm trying to find someplace else but that takes time..thanks in advance for the help
