Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant A question about the ATF and warrants

I am applying for a job that requires ATF background check and clearance. My question is about 2 misdemeanors in municipal courts (city court dockets) that I have not resolved. I have looked at a couple of online background check sites and they do not show up. Will they come up when the ATF does their check? Thanks B

If the ATF does even a half-assed job in their background, yes, it will come up.
