I have an older friend that went and opened a bank account for me and I was very thankful. That was several months ago and now she is saying that I owe her the money. I never asked for the money, she did this on her own. I don't know what to do, as I don't have the money any longer. She is an older lady and has reported me to adult protective services. Am I liable? I need help please!
