Does anybody know if VA is still under the 85% madatory law. The reason I ask is bc my husband is applying to be transferred to VA from OK and I know that he has to go under VA law. We were just wondering if its even worth going to VA because I also know that they dont even have parole available anymore. So can someone please help me out with this?
