pay the penalties
your crime(to my knowledge)is punishable under UCMJ as well, so if you try and fight it, and lose, its a good assumption your command may decide to rake you through the mud also...that is, if they don't after you pay the fine also...have you approached your CO or anything to get advice? and was the speed posted? also, what's the reason you were speeding in the first place???
