Long story short, i got a ticket for 60 in a 30 in a residential in California. This is my 1st ticket, and i went to court because the paper said i had to. I pleaded no contest and he restricted my driving privilage to school and work only. I have to pay 254.00 and i CANNOT go to traffic school. He wrote "not elgible for traffic school". Should i complain about this since this is my 1st ticket? A box is also checked off for "Do Not report to dmv at this time".... Will i get a point on my record or what... Let me know your guys advice. Thanks.
