I was pulled over this past weekend, the officer said he clocked me at 57, I contest the fact that he actually did clock me at that speed, but anyway. I recently had my license suspended by the state of NC for a speeding ticket that occurred in Georgia in December of 2003. I just paid the Ga ticket and didn't know the reprecusions it would have. So in January of this year I hired a lawyer and obtained a restricted drivers permit. What is the best way to approach the situtation? Can I plea for Prayer for Judgement? What is the worst and best case scenario. Thanks in advance.

You need to call your lawyer, especially if the speed of the first ticket was over 55. I think you have a potential 6 mo suspension if so.
