I got pulled over at 1 am Tuesday night / Wednesday morning, whichever you want to call it, for having my front license plate stuck in between the windshield and the dash instead of on the front of my car. I, being the idiot I am, have a suspended license because the DMV failed to notify my insurance company that I had previously got it unsuspended so my insurance dropped me. My registration is expired and had a stolen registration sticker on my back plate because a friend thought it would be a funny joke for my 21st birthday.
I was cited for driving without insurance, altered tags, driving on a suspended, and not front plates displayed.
Now my question is, if I go to the DMV and take care of my registration, license suspension, and insurance what could possibly happen AND what do you think would happen?
Do I get a court appointed lawyer?
