I am 20 years old and just recieved my second MIP in santa barbara, CA. I received my first when i had just turned 18 over two years ago in Los Angeles county, and had to go the alcohol awareness classes and pay a fine to lessen the charge. But the officer that gave me the second ticket said my license might be suspended for a year for the second ticket. I just wanted to know what the likelihood of that happening is and how i should go about taking care of the ticket? Thanks. Oh the statute number for the ticket is 25662(a).
