Hello I received 3 years of summary probation. I served about 10 days and I got out and after 2 months I crashed my car. Since I am on probation is it likely that I will be facing jail time? It is my first probation violation. Anyway my question is what my chances are that I can stay out of jail? Will they put me in jail at the infraction hearing for the DUI or would the only possible jail time be given at my probation violation hearing?
